In a small village, located only a short distance from the larger city of Peterborough, Ontario, is the best barbecue in the Kawartha Lakes area. The restaurant, in business for fifteen years, is located on County Road 2, near the four corners in Keene. The Canadian raised beef and pork, along with recently made sausage, are smoked behind the building.
Bring your coat if the day is cold, as only a part of the eating area has walls, with some tables completely outside. The building is a unique structure, the theme of the restaurant unusual. The creator of this successful seasonal business was a genius, with a good idea and the know how to make great food.
